For the second consecutive year, the Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (NEFMLS) is sponsoring and providing volunteer labor to build a new HabiJax home for a Jacksonville family. Construction began on Feb. 13 and continued on consecutive Wednesdays, despite wind, rain, and heat. The completion date for the build was on 4/02/08 and we are very proud to say the house looks great.

On Thursday, May 29 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., NEFMLS will host a housewarming/dedication ceremony for new homeowner Rania and her son Jeremiah as they move into their new home.  After the ceremony, light refreshments will be served and attendees can go on a tour of the home.
