Habitat for Humanity projects not only benefits the family receiving the home, they also enrich those who volunteer their time and resources.

"Whenever I think of HabiJax I remember the first time I volunteered to work on the construction of this home," NEFMLS employee Diana Braddock said. "I will never forget the joy on the homeowner's face when the first wall was put up. Her words of happiness still nourish me to this day."

What You Need to Know
We will be working on our Habijax home every Wednesday starting in February.You will be provided with all the necessary tools, but feel free to bring your own. Be sure to dress in comfortable work clothes and closed-toed shoes. Ponchos, hats, sunscreen, and insect repellant are recommended. All particpants must be at least 18 years of age. Come out and help us raise this house from the ground up.
